Meet Dr. Naik

Chandra Naik, MD, is a board-certified family physician at Northern Medical Group, Primary Care Division, in Pawling and Brewster, New York. Dr. Naik takes a very active role in treating his patients, preferring to address concerns with multiple solutions to reach the source of the issue. 

Dr. Naik pursued two bachelors from Sri Devaraj Urs Medical College, a constituent college of Sri Devaraj Urs Academy of Higher Education and Research in Kolar, India. He earned a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery during his undergraduate journey. He also received an internship to prepare him for post-baccalaureate education.

Dr. Naik then attended Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India, to obtain his Doctor of Medicine. He specialized in both dermatology and sexually transmitted diseases. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Naik also attended New York Medical College at Saint Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, New York, and earned a Doctor of Medicine in Family Practice. 

Dr. Naik brings passion and a strong commitment to treating his patients, following up when possible, and meeting their primary care needs. He stays dedicated to his craft by continuing to be an International Fellow member of the American Academy of Dermatology and a lifetime member of the Indian Association of Dermatology and Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
